Production & Quality Control
In-house molding
Both production lines run heat-cure molding of recycled tire granules and EPDM color flecks — we do not trade goods from other factories.
Batch lab testing
Density, tensile strength, compression set and abrasion are tested per batch before packing, with reports available per shipment.
Container loading
Mixed-SKU 20GP/40HQ loading with photo documentation. FOB Tianjin and Qingdao; CIF/DDP quotes on request.
Export documentation
SGS tests, non-toxic certificates, CE documentation, packing lists and B/L samples — full tender documentation support.
