Standard MOQ is 300 m² per color/SKU for regular gym rolls and interlocking tiles. For stocked colors we accept 300 m² mixed with other SKUs in the same container. OEM custom fleck blends start from 300 m².

For free-weight zones and deadlift platforms choose 15–20 mm (or 30–50 mm crumb bumper mats). Machine areas work well with 8–10 mm rolls. Functional training and stretching zones are comfortable at 6–8 mm. Tell us your equipment list and we will map a thickness plan per zone.

Yes. We compound EPDM color flecks in-house and match any RAL/Pantone reference or a photo of your existing floor. Custom blends start from 300 m², with a physical sample tile approved by you before mass production.

Yes — A4-size cuttings of rolls, tiles and pavers are free; you only pay the courier charge (we use your DHL/FedEx account if available). Sample lead time is 3–5 days, and the courier cost is refunded against your first order.

Stocked colors: 7–15 days after deposit. Custom fleck colors: 15–25 days including sample approval. We ship FOB Tianjin or Qingdao, and can quote CIF/DDP for major ports. A 20GP container holds roughly 800–1,100 m² depending on thickness.

Yes — mixed-SKU 20GP/40HQ loading is our standard service for distributors. Combine gym rolls, interlocking tiles, outdoor pavers and marble mats in one shipment to test multiple lines with a single freight cost.

We provide SGS test reports (flammability, wear, impact absorption), CE documentation, non-toxic & non-irritating certification from the Chinese Academy of Preventive Medicine, plus ISO 9001/14001/45001. Full document packs support government and gym-chain tenders.

Yes — floors are molded from recycled tire granules refined in-house, topped with virgin EPDM color flecks. Our recycling process holds 26 national patents, and finished floors are odor-controlled and safe for indoor gyms and kindergartens.

Yes. We produce under your brand with private-label packaging, printed cartons and pallet wrapping from 300 m². Neutral packaging is also available for traders who prefer it.

Every batch passes density, hardness, tensile and elongation tests in our lab. Pre-shipment we send you production photos, a loading video, and third-party inspection (SGS/BV/TÜV) can be arranged at your cost if required.

Standard terms: 30% TT deposit, 70% against B/L copy. Irrevocable LC at sight is accepted for orders above USD 30,000. We also support Alibaba Trade Assurance orders through our 9-year Gold Supplier store.
