Produced on our own vulcanizing lines in Hebei, China, Pure-Base Bonded Tile gives importers shock-absorbing plus elastic and protective in one SKU. Standard production covers 500×500×6 / 8 / 10 / 12 mm, with Multi-fleck granule base in running stock. It is specified daily for vent rooms, kindergarten walls & floors, detention-center rooms.
For container-load buyers: a 20GP container loads ≈1,800–2,200 m² palletized, carton-boxed on fumigation-free pallets, shrink-wrapped against moisture. Our trade terms are MOQ 300 m², FOB Tianjin / Qingdao (CIF on request), production in 10–15 days. Quantity-based FOB quotes go out within 24 hours.
Built as EPDM surface bonded on recycled-granule base. The body uses refined recycled tire granule — stable, non-irritating and recyclable at end of service. Production is audited under ISO 9001 / 14001; third-party SGS reports ship with documents. We run OEM lines for distributors: custom colors, fleck ratios and private-label packing from one 20GP up.
