A Korean contractor supplying public kindergartens needed safety surfacing that passes domestic fall-height expectations for 1.5–2.0 m play equipment, with non-toxic certification for children's environments.
Scope of Supply
- Granule rubber safety tiles, 30 mm under swings, 50 mm under climbing frames
- Bright color mix (red / green / blue) with UV-stable EPDM surface granule
- Non-toxic, odor-controlled formulation for children's areas
- Dimensional tolerance ±0.5 mm for seamless grid laying
How We Executed
- Fall-height performance documented with SGS test reports per thickness
- Odor-control curing process applied to every batch
- Palletized by playground zone; unloading supervised via video call
Outcome
Passed the site acceptance inspection on first visit. The contractor added our tiles to its approved-material list for public tenders.
