Project Overview
A municipal landscaping project in Thailand needed walkway surfacing that drains fast during monsoon rain, stays anti-slip for elderly visitors, and withstands years of tropical UV without fading.
Scope of Supply
- I-shape and sidewalk-series rubber pavers in terracotta and grey
- Permeable joint layout over compacted sand base
- UV-stable color granule blend for tropical exposure
- Mixed thickness zones: 15 mm walkways, 25 mm plaza edges
How We Executed
- Paver geometry checked for interlock stability on curves and slopes
- Drainage test layout approved on sample panels before mass production
- Container loading optimized by paver shape to cut site sorting time
Outcome
The walkways stayed anti-slip through the first full monsoon season. Two neighboring districts specified the same pavers for their upgrades.
