A US regional operator of boutique strength studios wanted a drop-and-lay flooring system its own crews could install without adhesives, while keeping a premium look under heavy barbell use.
Scope of Supply
- Interlocking rubber gym tiles, 25 mm platforms and 30 mm free-weight zones
- Custom fleck ratio: 15% blue EPDM on black base
- 500×500 mm format, precision-cut interlock edges
- Spare-tile allowance of 3% per site for future repairs
How We Executed
- Custom fleck blend sampled in 7 days, approved by photo and couriered tile
- SGS physical test report (density, tensile, elongation) supplied with the PI
- Cartons labeled by room zones to match the installer's layout drawings
Outcome
Crews laid an average of 400 m² per day per studio. The operator standardized on the same SKU for its next four openings.
