Project Overview
A fast-growing fitness chain in Vietnam was rolling out new branches across Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City and needed one flooring partner who could keep color consistency across multiple shipments spaced over six months.
Scope of Supply
- EPDM fleck rubber rolls, 6 mm cardio zones and 8 mm strength zones
- Coordinated fleck blend (grey base, blue fleck) locked by signed sample
- Mixed-SKU 20GP containers — rolls balanced with matching gym tiles per branch
- Roll widths cut to 1.25 m standard, branch-by-branch packing lists
How We Executed
- Pre-production sample roll approved and archived as the color master
- Three staggered shipments matched against the master sample under D65 lighting
- Each container packed with branch-specific labels to speed up site distribution
- FOB Haiphong terms; shipping docs handled by buyer's forwarder
Outcome
All branches opened on schedule with visually consistent flooring. The chain now re-orders tiles for its maintenance cycle directly from our export team.
