Project Overview
A logistics operator in the Gulf region needed walkway and packing-station surfacing for two warehouses that sees pallet jacks and foot traffic 16 hours a day, in ambient temperatures above 40 °C.
Scope of Supply
- SBR rubber rolls, 3 mm walkways and 6–10 mm packing stations
- Custom roll widths cut to warehouse bay dimensions (1.0 / 1.25 m)
- Heat-stable formulation for unconditioned warehouse zones
- Edge ramps supplied in matching material for trolley traffic
How We Executed
- Roll widths custom-cut on order — cutting tolerance ±5 mm
- Batch curing adapted for high-temperature performance
- Loading plan optimized so rolls unloaded straight to installation sequence
Outcome
Both facilities completed installation during normal operations. The operator reordered for a third warehouse eight months later.
